Männlichen–Kleine Scheidegg hike
The hike from Männlichen to Kleine Scheidegg is a true classic. From the departure point at 2,230 metres above sea level, you follow the unique high-altitude trail in a southerly direction. Following the eastern flank of the Tschuggen, and remaining at the same altitude, you come to Honegg. Finally, after looping around a rocky spur of the Lauberhorn, you reach the Rotstöckli. It’s just a short distance from here to Kleine Scheidegg at 2,061 metres above sea level It’s an easy, short hike (taking around 70 minutes) and, because of the unparalleled panoramic views of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau, it’s a truly unique one.
